In addition, Joe is the legal recruiting industry's first and only trainer who specializes in training legal recruiting firms on the “ins and outs” of our business. He began training legal recruiters over seven years ago and spends approximately 25% of his time working with recruiters on a nationwide basis.

Joseph & Stephanie Ankus are the Executive Director and Account Executive, respectively, of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (“NALSC”). Prior to becoming Executive Director, Joe served on the NALSC Board of Directors for 5 years and served as past Ethics Committee Chair. Ankus Consulting, Inc. is a member of NALSC.
