Joseph E. Ankus
Joe has been a legal search consultant since 1991 and is the President of Ankus Consulting, Inc. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, with a concentration in Communication Systems and a minor from the Wharton School in Marketing. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, with honors, and was a Senior Editor of the Florida Law Review. Before becoming a legal recruiter, Joe was an associate with two of the nation's largest law firms- Dechert in Philadelphia and Holland & Knight in Miami. In addition, Joe is the current Executive Director of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC) which is comprised of approximately 200 legal recruiting firms across the nation. Prior to being selected as Executive Director, Joe was a long-standing NALSC Board Member and Past Chair of the Ethics Committee. Joe was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida and enjoys fishing, poker, coin collecting and travel.

Ankus
Stephanie has been a legal search consultant since 1996 and is the Vice President of Ankus Consulting, Inc. as well as the current Account Executive for NALSC. She graduated from Brandeis University with a concentration in Computer Science and earned her M.B.A. (with a concentration in accounting/finance) from NYU. Prior to joining the firm, she worked on Wall Street as a financial analyst with Credit Suisse/First Boston, a financial specialist with FMC Corporation in Philadelphia and a senior financial analyst with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines in Miami. Stephanie is a native of Cherry Hill , New Jersey who enjoys solving logic puzzles, traveling, and creating customized crossword puzzles for individuals, trade associations and corporations.
Alice Perez
Alice has been a legal search consultant since 1999 and is a senior recruiter with Ankus Consulting, Inc. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the real estate division of a regional mortgage company and also ran a successful retail business for many years. Alice is a native of Miami who works closely with associates in the areas of litigation, real estate, and corporate practice. She enjoys traveling, everything associated with Disney World and playing piano.
Randee Godofsky Breiter, Esq.
Randee received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Theatre from The American University in Washington, DC and a Juris Doctor from the University Of Miami School Of Law. Following law school graduation, she worked as the pro bono coordinator for the Dade County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers. She also was a staff attorney for the Dade County Legal Aid Society and was involved in creating the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Pro Se Divorce Program. Randee is an Associate Director at the University Of Miami School Of Law in the Career Planning Center, where she has worked since 1995. At UM she works with students and alumni in all facets of job placement. Through UM Law Randee has been active in the National Association of Law Placement (NALP) and has spoken on various panels. She is also active with Equal Justice Works. Randee is a member of both the New York and Florida Bars. Born in New York, Randee has called Miami home since first grade! She is active in the South Florida community and sits on the Children's Committee and Camp Committee for the Alper JCC as well as the Catering Committee and Religious School Committee for Congregation Bet Breira. Last year Randee was the University of Miami representative to the Florida Bar Ethics Committee. In her free time Randee enjoys Broadway Musical Theatre, singing and solving sudoku puzzles.
